POSITION SUMMARY:
Manufacturing facility in Temple TX, is looking for Manufacturing Packer Operator to perform tasks related to production and process finished products. Will pack light foam and plastic products such as plates, cups and others.
Any experience packing, stacking materials on pallets, moving pallets of materials around, would be helpful.
JOB REQUIREMENTS OF THE PACKER OPERATOR:
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Writing and computation skills.
• Manual dexterity, lifting 25 - 45 pounds, continuous standing, frequent walking, continuous grasping and repetitive hand motions and sight adequate to see defects.
• Must pass a criminal background check, hair follicle drug test and must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis for any employer.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF PACKER OPERATOR:
• Packing light foam and plastic products such as plates, cups and others.
• Pack completed product according to customer or company specifications and perform rework as required for defectively labeled or packed parts (ensure proper box counts).
• To ensure all products meets all quality and company specifications.
• Keep equipment clean and maintain work area.
• Checking product quality, and identify materials needed to continue production line.
SCHEDULE & PAY RATE:
• 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
$10.25 / hour for 60 days
$12.00 / hour after 60 days
• 8:00 pm – 8:00 am
$10.50 / hour for 60 days
$12.25 / hour after 60 days
