SUMMARY OF WAREHOUSE MATERIAL HANDLER:
National manufacturing company is offering career opportunities to a Warehouse Material Handler who will be responsible for loading and unloading boxes off and on pallets getting them ready to be shipped out also shrink wrapping and unwrapping pallets. Lifting heavy items on and off the line.
REQUIREMENTS OF A WAREHOUSE MATERIAL HANDLER:
• High school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
• Six months warehouse experience
• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs.
RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS OF WAREHOUSE MATERIAL HANDLER:
• Responsible for checking all inbound and outbound products
• Ensures quality of products (i.e. damage or infestation)
• Ensure proper recording of product codes and products match customer requirements.
• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment ensuring the exact number and types of product is loaded
• Keep appropriate records and reports for inventory accuracy.
• Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management or customer.
SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE FOR WAREHOUSE MATERIAL HANDLER:
• Monday - Thursday
• 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
• $12.00 / hour
