SUMMARY OF PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS:
Great company in New Albany is looking for Preventative Maintenance Technicians who will be responsible for managing the preventative maintenance of production line equipment in an effort to prevent catastrophic failures.
REQUIREMENTS FOR PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS:
• Pass background investigation and pre-employment drug screening
• 2 - 4 years of experience in preventative maintenance.
• Basic electric knowledge and understanding
• Ability to operate basic hand tools
• Knowledge of safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Work may include physical effort, including lifting 50-100 pounds, bending, squatting and reaching.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• The ideal candidate will be very self-motivated
The ability to work in a team environment is a must
• Reliable transportation to report to work
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS:
• Performs regular preventative maintenance and minor repairs on production line equipment, while also working as a production team member.
• Performs skilled maintenance work on all line equipment, including but not limited to: hot glue machines, laser printers, conveyor system components and, box tape machines.
• Responsible for documenting all preventative and repair maintenance performed in the Line Maintenance Log Book
• Adheres to all safety, maintenance and, production standards set by OSHA, GMPs, SQF and, HACCP guidelines.
• Ability to support additional maintenance requirements within the facility as needed
SCHEDULE & PAY RATE OF PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS:
• $15.00 / hour
• 7:00 am - 3:51 pm
