SUMMARY OF BAILER:
National consumer packaging and paper company is offering career opportunities to a BAILER who will be responsible for the transportation of products throughout the facility.
REQUIREMENTS OF BAILER:
• 1-year experience
• Ability to follow safety practices to ensure their safety and the safety of others around them.
• Able to work at a physically demanding manufacturing environment
• Ability to work on in a fast pace environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 to 30 lb on a repetitive basis and up to 70 lb occasionally.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES FOR BAILER
•Pull loaded buggies of scrap and replace with empty ones.
•Properly dump buggies onto baler conveyor.
•Remove bales from baler, band, load, and tag onto proper scrap truck.
•Clean up dock and baler areas.
•Separate scrap, box and bale as directed by supervisor.
•Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
•Follow safety rules and regulations.
•Follow department and company policies and procedures.
•Report all food safety and quality problems to the Department Lead, Manager or Quality Team.
•May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
SCHEDULE & PAY RATE OF BAILER:
• Monday-Friday
2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
• $13.00 / hour NO EXPERIENCE, $14.00/ hour with experience and $15.00 when review is done.
