Contract to Hire Program and Short Term Assignments

For companies who in the past have suffered high turnover or are trying to rebuild their existing workforce with more stable employees, this program will allow the conversion of contract employees to full time employees after completing 550 hours. The Contract to Hire Program allows the employer to evaluate the employee before offering employment as well as reduces the employer’s costs of hiring. Short Term Assignments allows the employer to fill gaps for vacations and medical leave. Resource manages the contingent employees under both of these programs

Direct Placements

Resource can provide recruitment services under the Direct Placement program. We will recruit, interview, and screen potential employees and the employer will choose the employee to hire directly to their payroll. Under the Direct Placement Program, Resource includes a 90 day guarantee.
